Please Note:
- When ordering multiple mats, complete a separate order form for each mat.
- Pennsylvania sales tax of 7% applies to all orders (this will be calculated upon completion of the order form).
- Handling fee of $3.50 applies to all orders within the Continental United States.
- Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery, as our mats must be custom-made for each order.
- No refunds. Exchanges offered only for defective mats. 1st page - photos of each with radio buttons.
